In 1986, the Muñoz-Rojo brothers, Manuel, Bernardino and José, second generation of the family, decided to continue with the tradition of curing hams founded by their grandfather Benito. He passed down his recipe to make the best Serrano ham which focused on the right amount of salt and care.

This salted and dry-cured Jamón Serrano is aged for 12-14 months and comes boneless & unpolished, allowing for total control over the rancio characteristics. Sourced from white European breeds.
Expect a tender, rose red Jamón with well developed flavour and aged characteristics. Remove the external fat and slice super thinly for the best flavour experience. Great for Antipasto and Tapas.
